Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Estimated delivery times after order processing:
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Next-Day Shipping: 5 business day
- Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to all addresses within India.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
5. Shipping Carriers
- We use Delhivery for domestic shipping. You may choose your preferred carrier at checkout if multiple options are available.
6. Shipping Issues & Damages
- Upto9 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Address Changes
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.
